This staple deli in Newtown Square has been serving up real Philly-style hoagies and sandwiches since 1997 using Sarcone's bread straight from South Philly. A Cut Above garnered 55 percent of the vote, clearing any possibility for other contenders to touch them. Soprano's Deli & Catering in Broomall and Luigi & Giovanni in Newtown Square were neeck and neck for second.
