You missed TD, but I don't think it would get many votes anyway since it changed over from Commerce.

I switched this year to Franklin Mint Credit Union and I have been impressed with their customer service. They get my vote even if they're not on the choice list.

One thing seniors should be aware of is the fact Bryn Mawr Trust is one of the very few banks in the area that offer an irrevocable burial trust account, not tied into any one funeral director. It involves extra work on their part, so many of the larger banks don't even bother. Most larger banks only offer a burial trust account tied into a local funeral director. That's not good. In your later years you may move to be with your children, or move to a retirement community, where there are different funeral directors. The Bryn Mawr account can be used anywhere with any funeral director.
