Govenor Sproul use to be a great apartment complex; there was always a waiting list. In time, everything changes for the worse with apartment buildings. So glad Marple Newtown actually re-zoned to add some more apartments in an area that has too many vacancies already. Now, we can look forward to more school taxes and more police presence, like last month's heroin raid. Let's build some more !!
