Broomall Newtown Babe Ruth Team Sweep District Championships

The Broomall Newtown Babe Ruth baseball team will now head to the state championship tournament on July 19.

BROOMALL–The Broomall Newtown Babe Ruth 14-year-olds swept District 1 and won the District Championship on Thursday, July 12th, with a 10-4 win over Upper Darby Drexel Hill L. The team is headed to the State Championship Tournament on July 19 in Mifflin County.
