MEDIA–This white and brown, tabby cat, named Waffles, may be a little shy but nothing will get between her and her food. Waffles uses her paws to eat. She is a young adult cat that loves to lay in the sun. Waffles is available for adoption at the Delco SPCA and she is 75 percent off through May 6.
