The game saw the West team prevail over the East squad by a score of 37-21.
The Hero Scholarship Fund of Delaware County, Inc., was founded in 1977 by County Council at the request of two members of Upper Darby Township Council to provide education scholarships to children of police, firefighters and emergency medical personnel who die in the line of duty.
