WEST CHESTER—Kenneth Fuller, who is a former Marple Newtown High School swimmer, is going to jail.
The former Bayard Rustin swim coach who pleaded guilty in January to having sex with a 17-year-old member of his team will serve a 7-to 23-month sentence after a judge rejected his appeal to remain free, the Daily Local News is reporting.
