First Friday Concert at Pretzel Park

What: This free concert running in conjunction with Manayunk's First Friday will feature a performance from Sideshow Profits, a 7-piece Puck Rock rhythm-and-blues band.

Granny Gran Prix

Where: 2200 West Drive, 422 Business Center, Oaks
When: August 3, 8 a.m.

What: Go, Granny, Go! WMMR's Annual Granny Grand Prix will be back at Arnold's Family Fun Center again for another fun-filled go-kart race featuring nine go-getter grandmas putting the pedal to the metal in our Arnold's Double-Seater Karts on our Main Track. Come out to cheer for your favorite grannie. WMMR'S Preston and Steve and the gang from the Morning Show will be on hand to host the wild and wacky festivities.

Mr. Hart and Mr. Brown

What: This is the plot of this People's Light and Theatre play in Malvern: set in the roaring twenties Mr. Hart and Mr. Brown tells the story of a volatile meeting between two men of mysterious backgrounds, witnessed by a young newspaper reporter who smells a story.
