Morning commuters in the Marple Newtown area may want to give themselves ample time in the morning this week.
According to a press release from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT), state highways in Delaware County–including Marple, Newtown, Haverford, Radnor and Springfield townships–will see slow-moving vehicles as part of a line painting operation.
PennDOT advises drivers to give these trucks appropriate distance and to stay off the traffic lines.
Painting will occur from 6 am. to 2:30 p.m. through Sept. 1.
