Newtown Township supervisors accepted the resignation of Newtown Police Chief Dennis Anderson and appointed Lt. Chris Lunn as acting chief on Monday night.
NEWTOWN SQUARE–The Newtown Township Board of Supervisors announce Monday night the resignation of Newtown Police Chief Dennis Anderson. The township's insurance company and Anderson reached a $175,000 settlement agreement on the matter. Lt. Chris Lunn was also appointed Monday night as the acting police chief.
