Vision for Vacancy: What Business Should Go Here?
What would you like to see at this West Chester Pike plaza?
This 1,600-square foot retail space near Newtown Square Shopping Center is vacant and Marple Newtown Patch would like to know what residents think should fill the space.
Located across the Starbucks and Newtown Square Shopping Center on West Chester Pike, the 3511 space is in a small plaza. Also located in the plaza is Just Girls, Elizabeth Maar Boutique and Blush Salon.
The space has several parking spots and signage.
The listed phone number to inquire more about the space is 610-527-4800.

A better hair salon than blush , a motel by the hour (Newtown square needs a motel a strip club and a two more banks.
How about another pizza joint- we only have 6.
How pathetic. When is this huge town center gonna be built?
So we can get cluster????ed in traffic with a hotel and a bunch of new empty stores.
At least they will look nice empty!

My, My Dog Lover....I think you need a cup of coffee, and a kiss from a puppy to start the day off cheerful. :)

The Friends of the Newtown Square Library are looking for a place to store and sort the books that are contributed for the Library's book sale. This would be a great space for both the book donations, and perhaps as an ongoing discount book store! Newtown Square needs a book store, and this would fill the space, while benefiting the community! Perhaps the owner would consider discussing this option?

Nice idea Terri. However much i like the idea I think a book store might be a tough go in terms of making enough money to pay the rent. Definitely think the owner should support your library idea!
