The former site of Newtown Square's Dress Barn was located at 3556 West Chester Pike in the Newtown Square Shopping Center.

What used to be part of the Newtown Square Shopping Center, the women's retail chain store Dressbarn in Newtown Square closed its doors to the community last year.
Dressbarn offers a wide selection of women's clothing from brands like YVOS, Jones Studio Separates, and other popular women's brands. What remains is now an empty storefront on the opposite end of the McDonald's in Newtown Square.
Marple Newtown Patch wants to know what you would like to see on this empty corner of the retail strip at 3556 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square.

A 'Chick Filet' should open where Arby's was formerly located in Broomall. Though, I would be happy it opened where Dress Barn was located even though it may be too close to McDonald's location.

Ross dress for less, or better a tj Maxx. That would rejuvinate the area. TJX stores always bring high traffic.
