    Dupont lawsuit.
    2. Approval of Agreements- Ashford Land Company, L.P., as related to approved Land Development Plans.

Patti, #2 is this not the 400 some odd tract homes on the Dupont Estate?
If so, isn't there some type of lawsuit that the Dupont Family filed to retake the land back and keep the land in its current condition?
That would eliminate some heavy traffic on goshen & 252. Its my understanding that the Dupont family has a very strong case and will not rest until the duponts retrieve what they say is rightfully their familys . Do you know anything about this?

Also, does this Ashford developer have the financing for such a project after the current principles(bill rouse and family) filed for bankruptcy on two seperate occasions under other corporate names?

While I do not wish to minimize the tragic murder on the Dupont property, I can only hope that this development never comes to fruition. Ashford/Rouse's plans to demolish all of the structures on site (including the many historic structures) is terrible, let alone the impact to the site's environmental characteristics - the donation to the township of open space land that likely could not be developed is small consolation. What a shame to erase this historic property.
