MN Performing Arts students and staff are excited for their first performance in their new state of the art Performing Arts Center.  The cast and crew of "A Christmas Carol" have been rehearsing for performances sure to please.

Come join us, as we bring to life the heartwarming story about Ebenezer Scrooge (Zach Chandlee) and his journey of becoming a kinder, gentler, more generous man.  The story begins (narrated by Will Downey) with Scrooge berating his simple and sincere clerk, Bob Cratchit (John Lucas) even though it is Christmas Eve.  That night Scrooge is visited by the ghost of his business partner, Jacob Marley (Vince Raspa) who urges him to change his ways, lest he be doomed to an eternity of restless sorrow.  Three spirits haunt Scrooge that night: the Ghost of Christmas Past (Sierra Annand), the Ghost of Christmas Present (Danielle Redding) and the Ghost of Christmas Future (Hunter Clark).  The spirits guide Scrooge on his journey through time to help him see the error of his ways.  The heartstring- plucking reaches its pinnacle with Tiny Tim (Alyssa Drinkard), the frail but strong-willed young son of Bob Cratchit.  Scrooge sees himself in young Tiny Tim and begins to truly transform.  Dickens’ story shines with the spirit of good will, generosity and love.  Our production is family friendly and can be enjoyed by children and adults alike.  We invite you to join us on December 13, 14 and 15 to travel with Ebenezer on the journey through past present and future.  We are sure that our story will leave you filled with the joyous spirit of the season!
