Have you been to a Story Slam? At Delco Story Slam, anyone can get on stage and tell a story based on the theme of the night! On a typical night, we hear eight to ten stories – each story told by someone in the audience! The story should be true as you remember it, and be no longer than five minutes. The winners will compete in November for Best Storyteller in Delco! Check out all the details here.
The Delco Story Slam is held the fourth Wednesday of each month at Burlap and Bean in Newtown Square. We recommend purchasing tickets in advance through their events page, which can be found here.

More About Burlap and Bean
Burlap and Bean is a family-owned coffeeshop on Newtown Street Road inside The Shops at Springton Pointe shopping center. The coffeeshop produces fresh roasted coffee beans on site and features local artists and musicians through artwork displays around the shop and open mic nights Thursdays. Outdoor seating is also available in the warmer months.
