PRC Newtown Square Farmers’ Market Opens June 5

Please come and enjoy the PRC Newtown Square Farmers’ Market at Mostardi’s Nursery, 4033 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, every Wednesday,
2:00-6:00PM, June 5- October 9. The market offers: chemical-free local fruits and vegetables, Amish
baked goods, relishes ,mustards, pickles, preserves, jams, fudge, pies, cookies, numerous varieties of hummus, gourmet cookies, Italian cookies, scones, muffins,
barbecued chicken, ribs and pulled chicken and pork, chocolate truffles, all natural bath products, flowers, gardening supplies, trees, plants, shrubs, entertainment by Paul Lamoureaux and his banjo and a visit with the People's Light and Theater Co.and much, much more! 

PRC will offer a worm composting class on Wednesday,
August 7, 6:00PM at Mostardi’s. Worm your way into composting with one of nature’s most efficient recyclers, the earthworm! It’s easy, fun, odorless and
produces a great soil additive. A composting class will be offered on July 11.

The Pennsylvania Resources Council (PRC) is a private non-profit established in 1939.   PRC’s focus is resource conservation with special emphasis on waste reduction, litter prevention, watershed education, recycling, and composting.
