Dated 1848 but drawn up or using information from sometime before 1842-43. My maternal family property/house is not shown on the map. Great-grandfather bought the property on Old Cedar Grove in 1842 and paid off the loan/mortgage off for it in 1847 and we still have the original deed and loan paper. Still a very interesting map.
