Fitness Classes for New Mom's come to Newtown Square

Inner Drive Fitness of Newtown Square is set to offer a series of post-natal fitness class just for new mothers and their babies.  The "Bootie Camp" and "Bootie Cycle" classes begin the first week in October.  New mothers are invited to attend along with their babies.  Babies can nap in a car-seat or stroller in the same room while mom works out.

Bootie Camp classes incorporate a variety of strength and conditioning exercises using hand weights, resistance bands, body weight exercises, and more, to build strength and burn calories.  When weather permits, Bootie Camp classes will move outdoors and incorporate walking or jogging into the day's exercise routine.

Bootie Cycle classes are specialty indoor cycling classes just for mom and baby.  Soft lighting and lower music volume create a safe and comfortable environment for mom and baby alike.

"When I was a new mom, a post-natal exercise class like this one gave me my first opportunity to connect with other new mothers, and eventually grew into my kids' first playgroup.  Being a new mother can feel pretty isolating sometimes.  I'm hoping these classes can provide new mothers a chance to get out, meet other moms, and do a little something positive for themselves", says Inner Drive Owner, Jennifer Ashbrook.

Bootie Camp and Bootie Cycle classes will be held Thursday mornings at 9:30 am beginning the first week in October.  For more information on Inner Drive Fitness, visit their web-site at www.innerdrivestudio.com.

New customers are invited to try their first 3 classes free.  Details on the 3 Free offer can be found here:  http://on.fb.me/1fh65wM
