Cub Scout Pack 284 of Wayne met last night at the Wayne Elementary School. Approximately 45 scouts with parents came out in bad weather to meet and hear a mini-flag history presentation given by Earle Drake, Jim Mulhern and Ceremonial Bugler Lloyd Spangler of the Gen. Smedley D. Butler Detachment, Marine Corps League.
