International Ballet Classique Announces Alex Charlton as Guest Narrator for Nutcracker Ballet

International Ballet Classique in Media is pleased to announce that Mr. Alex Charlton, President of the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce will be our on stage “Guest Narrator” for the Sunday December 15, 2:00 pm performance of our Nutcracker Ballet at Neumann University.

 

Alex Charlton became the President of the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce during its 125th Anniversary with a goal to create a new era for the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Charlton accepted the duties and responsibilities of the office with a commitment to look towards it future while honoring its past. Working with the Chamber’s dedicated Board of Directors and accomplished staff he has introduced new technologies and social media applications, introduced new programs to help the members grow their business, recruit the best talent and continue the tradition of making the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce a strong voice for business in Delaware County.

Mr. Carlton had the good fortune of working at the Chamber under, then President, Jack Holefelder. Upon graduation he held positions with the Realtors Legislative Alliance, Congressman Weldon and most recently with Senator Rafferty as his District Director. He grew up in Media, and is a lifelong resident of Delaware County. He resides in Springfield with his wife and two daughters.

Mr. Charlton will share with the audience the story and themes of the Nutcracker Ballet including his personal thoughts on why the Nutcracker Ballet is so important to all during the holiday season.
