Local Girl wins Nook from Friends of Newtown Library

The Friends of Newtown Library once again were at the July 4th parade.  They handed out bookmark raffle tickets that offered a chance to win a Nook.

This year’s winner is Sophia Goudouvas, a Newtown Square resident who will enter first grade in the fall.  “I can’t wait to load books from the library onto my new nook.  I like easy books with pictures, not chapter books.”  

Good news for Sophia.  The library has a large collection of eBooks that patrons can load onto their nook, kindle, or eReader attachment.  Stop by the library to learn how you can borrow eBooks..
