Save the date! Kimberly McCreight will visit the Marple Public Library on Friday, September 6th from 3 - 5pm to read from her debut novel, "Reconstructing Amelia." There will be an opportunity to ask questions and get books signed.
The novel focuses on a mother's quest to find out the truth about the events that led to the death of her teenage daughter. It is a fast-paced thriller that touches on many of the issues teens and parents face today, including bullying, social media, family secrets, and more.
Actress Nicole Kidman has purchased the movie rights and plans to direct and star in the film.
