The Running Place sponsors Broomall Rotary's Firecracker 5K

Start off your summer holiday this July 4th with a patriotic run, walk and parade!  Before you head off to your holiday picnics, baseball games, and fireworks plan to join The Running Place and the Broomall Rotary Club on Friday July 4th for the  Firecracker 5k.  The race start time is 9:25A.M.and precedes the Marple-Newtown Independence Day Parade. 

Runners of all abilities are encouraged to participate before the cheering parade spectators. Runners can register at The Running Place a major sponsor of the event or go to www.Firecracker5kRun.com for further information and registration. Registered runners can pick up their packets at The Running Place at their new location 3551 West Chester Pike Newtown Square starting Wednesday July 2  10 A.M.- 6 P.M. and Thursday July 3, from 10A.M.- 8P.M.
