SMLL Evaluations

  • When: Saturday, Feb. 16 from 7 - 9:15 p.m.
  • Where: All Star Baseball Academy
  • Why Go: Sr. Farm and Minors boys registered for this season will be evaluated over the next two weeks at All Star Baseball Academy.  Senior Farm boys will be evaluated from 7 - 8:15 p.m. and Minors will be evaluated from 8:15 - 9:15 p.m.
  • Cost: Free and required with registration

Burlap and Bean: Minas

  • Where:  Burlap and Bean
  • Why Go: The Minas duo, featuring Orlando Haddad (guitar, vocals) and Patricia King (piano, keys and vocals), has been in the Philadelphia area for over 25 years.  is one of the most sought after Brazilian bands in the United States.
  • Cost: $15 advance, $18 at door

Lego Mania

  • When: Friday, Feb. 15 from 1:30 - 3:30 p.m.
  • Where: Newtown Public Library
  • Why Go: Come build with our large collection of LEGOS! There will be time for show & tell. For all ages. No registration. All ages welcome.
  • Cost: Free

Star Wars Characters Visit The Library

  • Why Go: Garrison Carida, a chapter of the 501st Legion, will appear dressed as Star Wars Dark Side characters! Don't forget your camera. No registration. All ages welcome.

'The Magic of Movies' Fashion Show

  • When: Sunday, Feb. 17 at 1 and 6:30 p.m.
  • Where: Springfield Country Club
  • Why Go: Experience the glamour and glitz of Hollywood and O'Hara at this years Senior fashion show.  Luncheon seating at 1 p.m. and Dinner seating at 6:30 p.m.
