- Where: The 1696 Thomas Massey House Lawrence Rd & Springhouse Rd, Broomall
- Why Go: Experience early american craft demonstrations at the historic 1696 Thomas Massey house. The culture, customs and daily work of colonial life will be brought to life by period re-enactors. Stroll the lawn of the Marple Christian Church craft sale, located next to the historic site. Over 20 vendors will provide a variety of arts and crafts for sale.

2nd Annual Golf Outing for Marple Township Ambulance Corps.
- When: Saturday, Oct. 20 at 11 a.m.
- Where: Paxon Hollow Country Club 850 Paxon Hollow Rd, Broomall
- Why Go: Marple Township Ambulance Corps will be hosting their 2nd Annual Golf Outing. The price includes greens and cart fees, lunch, dinner and awards.
- Cost: Registration fee for individual is $135 and for a foursome is $420.

Belmont Baptist Church Fall Festival
- When: Saturday, Oct. 20 from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.

- Why Go: Bring the kids and enjoy a moon bounce, obstacle course, face painting, pony rides, giant slide, putt-putt golf, pumpkin painting, and meet some real live heroes when the police and fire fighters show up. There will be hot dogs, chips, ice cream and dessert as well.

- Why Go: Bring the family and tour SRV's campus and meet WXPN's Kids' Corner radio program host, Kathy O'Connell. Enjoy a free concert by the fabulous band for kids, The Plants (keep your eyes peeled for Loomis Elementary School teacher who is part of the band)!
