Austin, Texas-based singer/songwriter Tom Gillam's Americana / Alt-Country brand of music has been keeping his fans and new converts alike entertained quite nicely over the course of his six album solo career. His soulful voice and heart-felt lyrics echo “Southern California” in the early '70s while retaining just the right amount of twenty-first century new-edge and style.

The New Jersey born Gillam, who in the past has toured with his own electric band or part of the songwriting collective known as US Rails, has chosen to support his latest release, “Rustic Beauty,” with a “solo acoustic” tour to retain some of the intimacy and laid-back approach of the LP. Expect songs, stories and even a healthy dose of Rock & Roll for a show that Grant Alden from No Depression Magazine said “ended all too soon ... .”
