Broomall Family Takes Over Wayne Cafe

The Royal Cafe offers organic frozen yogurt, pastries and other food.

 

The Royal Cafe of Wayne is a new venture for a local family.

Torpekay Habashzada and her daughters Sadaf Jamshidi and Sabah Jamshidi, of Broomall, have taken over the space that once housed Yogo Sano at 1 West Avenue and have increased the offerings beyond frozen yogurt.

The cafe will still offer organic frozen yogurt, but will also carry Bassetts ice cream, Swiss Haus pastries, La Colombe coffee, salads, soups and sandwiches.

The cafe is open Mondays through Thursdays 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., Fridays 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., Saturdays 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
