Frugal Family Spruces up the Yard Without Spending Too Much Green

Area businesses offer deals on border plantings, mulch, bushes, gardening classes and more.

Each week Frugal Family will feature great deals on local products, services, tickets, meals or anything else that reaps savings for families. This week, we scoured the area for savings on gardening supplies, from mulch and garden soil to seedlings and fruit trees. We even threw in some free area gardening classes for those of us who could use a little advice. Check out the variety of savings opportunities below and get growing.

Note: Check with the vendor for additional conditions that may apply.
