Newtown Library Patrons Help Celebrate National Friends of the Library Week
The Newtown Public Library celebrated National Friends of the Library Week from Oct. 16-22.
NEWTOWN SQUARE–The Friends of the celebrated the National Friends of the Library Week from Oct. 16-22. With the support of local businesses, the library's new members, and the library staff the library made the week a success in Newtown Square.

The end results were terrific with 33 new members and record-breaking profits, which will be used by the volunteer, not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization to continue to sponsor adult and children's programs as well as assist the library with purchasing audiobooks, DVDs, and many other needed items.
