Send a Special Valentine's Day Message With a Live Singing Quartet

The Delaware County Chapter of the Barbershop Harmony Society, The DelChordians, will offer Valentine's Day live singing quartet requests from Feb. 7-18 to homes, work places, restaurants, and hospitals around the Marple area.

BROOMALL–Want to send that extra-special someone a gift that they'll remember forever? How about sending them a singing quartet for Valentine's Day this year?

The DelChoridans–Delaware County Chapter of the Barbershop Harmony Society–is an all-male, 15-member a capella singing group consisting of various quartets.

Each year during the Valentine season, the DelChordians perform special requests from residents in the Marple Newtown Patch area and beyond. The DelChordians will send off quartets to homes, work places, restaurants, hospitals and any place you can think of within a 15-mile radius from in Broomall.

For a $50, anyone can hire a live quartet to sing a few songs and give chocolates and roses to their sweetheart.

There are several ways on how you can sign up for a singing Valentine's Day quartet:

  1. Contact local DelChordian member Norm Brown at 610-497-1609 to make arrangements;
  2. Call the chapter's main phone number at 610-990-5277;
  3. Send and email to LetUsSingForYou@DelChordians.com; or
  4. Visitt their website at www.DelCHordians.com and click on "Singing Valentines Quartet"
