Sept. 8: Farmers Market in Newtown Square Canceled

The Pennsylvania Resource Council announced around 12:30 p.m. Thursday that the Edgmont Farmers Market has been canceled due to the weather.

It is officially apple season. Check back next week to take home some apples and apple cider from the market. You can also find cabbages and bok choy to use in a nice, warm stew, a stir fry, or a salad. If you prefer organic produce, buy from Livingoods Family Farm.

The is located on Providence Road, on the grounds of Pennsylvania Resources Council. Below is a list of goods that will be available at the market this week.
