My son went to this daycare for a total of 5 days and I would not recommend this facility for sole reason of the safety of the children. When I went to pick my son up on his 5th day from this facility, I was not asked for ID of any kind. Meanwhile I was admitted inside where as I had full access to any child/room in the facility. When I went to my son's classroom to pick him up I was asked who I was there for and why so early ( it was 11:00am ). At that point I tried to show ID and said it wasn't necessary, the teacher then proceeded to look inside the classroom and tell the group of @ 18mo. old - 2 yo. old children to stay and proceeded to shut the door with NO other adult supervision within earshot or sight. The teacher hesitated as if a deer caught in headlights knowing ( or at least knowing ) that what she was about to do was unequivocally wrong. At this point, She decided to leave the children, walk me down the hall, grab my sons belongings and lunch and return back to class.

Now, If I was of some unmoral character, what would have stopped me from entering any one of those classrooms for only God knows what. Totally Unexceptable and repulsive to say the least!

It gets better. My wife called and spoke to the director and she defended the teachers actions as if there was no wrong doing. My wife was told the only reason I was aloud to enter without ID was because they noticed my truck from picking up my son previously. Problem is, I had major shoulder surgery on 3/31/14 and last wednesday was 1st day driving, Friday was the 1st time at that facility since I did the initial visit in Havertown. I'm guessing child safety comes a close 2nd or 3rd.
