Last Chance: Edible Book Entries Due Saturday

Enter the Edible Book Contest at Marple Public Library for a chance to win cash and prizes. Plus, prize baskets will also be raffled off during the contest on April 7.

Cakes, cookies, Jell-O molds all inspired by literature will fill the library. The only rule is that all entries must be based on a book.

A panel of three judges will select their favorite in each of the three categories: group, adult, or juvenile. The public will vote for a People’s Choice award.

The winner of each category will receive $100. The People's Choice winner will receive a Kindle Paperwhite.

All entries are due on March 30. The contest will be held on Sunday, April 7 and judging starts at 1 p.m.

After the awards everyone eats the entries. So bring your fork.
