Marple Newtown Trash Collection for Presidents Day
Some Marple Newtown Patch municipalities will see a trash collection change during the Presidents Day holiday.
Both Marple Township's municipal building and Newtown Township's municipal building will be closed for Presidents Day, Feb. 18.
Below is a trash and recyclable pick-up schedule for area municipalities over the New Year's holiday:
Marple Township—Residents on a Monday and Thursday schedule will only have trash picked up on Thursday this week. Residents on a Tuesday and Friday trash collection schedule will not be affected by the Presidents Day holiday. Recycling will not be affected as collection is on Wednesdays.

Newtown Township–Municipal trash removal is not provided by the township. Please check with your private collector. Recycling will not be affected as collection is on Thursdays.
