Marple Newtown Patch Municipal 2013 Election Results
Republicans sweep in both Marple and Newtown townships.
The Delaware County Election Bureau's unofficial votes for the candidates running for municipal offices have been counted.
Note: As of 11:30 p.m. Tuesday, 840 of 846 machines in Delaware County precincts were reported, according to the Delaware County Election Bureau results website.

Marple Township Board of Commissioner
In the Marple Township Board of Commissioner race, Republican Incumbent Jan Ceton took the top votes in the 2nd Ward, beating out Democrat John Butler.
In the 6th Ward, Republican Incumbent Michael Molinario took the top votes beating out Democrat Charles Sammartino

John J. Lucas, Sr. took the 4th Ward spot, in the uncontested race.
