"Time, I only have a minute, 60 seconds if forced upon me. I must not abuse it or I will suffer if I lose it–Time."

I mention time because it seems to be a critical element in a successful workout program. People say they are trying to find time or fit it into their schedule, or when things die down.

If you wait until the doctor tells you to start working out, then you will find a way to clear some things off your schedule. Through all of this, if you would have just taken 30 minutes to do something to increase your heart rate 2 to 4 times week, you may have put off that news from the doctor that you are now forced to workout.
