Beginner Running Clinic
A 10-week program designed to progress beginning runners safely at a pace that's right for you.
Program includes weekly coach-led group run/walk sessions, strength and stretching exercises to avoid injury, and education on injury prevention, shoe selection, running safety, and more.
Participate in the full 10-week program (1 or 2 sessions per week) or attend on a drop-in basis.
