Body and Soul Wellness Program at Newtown Square Presbyterian Church

We all want to be healthy – inside and
out - but it can be hard to lose weight!
  Why not
join a FREE, supportive co-ed group led by Bryn Mawr Endocrinologist Dr. Cheryl
Koch and Reverend Jeanne Thomas?  Our Sunday night Body and Soul
Wellness Program will meet a little earlier this Sunday, the 15th  - from
6:30 pm to 7:30 pm - in the Social Hall.

Dr. Cheryl Koch explains the medical factors for better health, and busts
some myths about weight loss.  Reverend Jeanne Thomas guides us with
thoughtful selections of inspirational readings, and discusses the relationship
between our minds, bodies, and souls.  Then attendees have an option to
either take a brisk walk outside, or join an indoor exercise group.

Topics range from Nutrition, Energy, and Spirituality - to Medical
Issues, Exercise, and Helpful APPs.
These interactive sessions are a great
opportunity for both men and women to gain some medical perspective on
how different food, drinks, and supplements actually affect us.  Get
informed, inspired and healthier!  All ages, shapes, and sizes are
welcome. Sunday nights at 6:30pm  at Newtown Square Presbyterian Church’s
Social Hall, located at 3600 Goshen Road, (the corner of 252 and Goshen Road),
Newtown Square, PA.
