CrossFit Kids is a program that encourages play and sport in an active way that will have your child, tween or teen coming back for more. They are taught fundamental movements and healthy eating that will carry over for life. With workouts that are different every class there is no repetition or boredom. CrossFit Kids doesn't coach them to be good at just one thing. Our workouts will increase physical competence in 10 fitness domains: Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy. Our program is open to all levels of fitness whether your child is on a sports team or just getting started. All movements are scalable to ability.
