Tai Chi
Hosted by Surrey Services for Seniors and led by Marc Shay of American Karate Studios, this class focuses on achieving both physical and mental relaxation through a series of slow, smooth movements. Many people find that it boosts their energy, stamina, and agility, sharpens their reflexes, and gives an overall sense of well-being. The class can be taken while seated or standing and is open to adults of any age.
