Community Update

I purchased an edger from this business. When I went to pick it up it was out of the box and contained fuel. I took it home and gave it my husband for Father's Day. He said it was too big and he wanted electric. I immediately tried to return it. The owner screamed and yelled @ me in front of other customers. He told me he could not take it back because it had fuel in it. I explained it had fuel in it when I bought it and I did not ask for that to be done. I had the sales receipt which merely states all returns must be accompanied by the receipt. He said the receipt means nothing.He refused to take it back and threw me out of his store. I could barely carry the edger and it was pouring rain. I was shocked anyone would ever treat a customer in that manner. I do not recommend this business to anyone. The owner was completely unprofessional and down right nasty. He was abusive and condescending to me. I have spoken to several other past customers who have has similar experiences.
