Hot Back to School Deals

It's that time again, get your back-to-school gear on a budget for as low as a penny.

There are some amazing back-to-school deals available this week. You may think it is better to wait a few weeks until school starts but don’t do it. The deals you will find the next two weeks will save you a bundle. You can get your child or college students all of their essentials for as little as a penny.

Staples has one-cent deals this week on glue, Bic pens and erasers. Staples also has 25-cent deals on pencil cases, mechanical pencils, and folders. Keep your eyes on Staples deals for the next few weeks because this is just the tip of the iceberg. They will continue to offer one-cent deals, 25 cents, and 50 cents every week. Make sure to get there early because they will sell out of the products.

The deals continue at Walmart. Walmart has a huge list of items on sale such as 10-cent folders, 40-cent Crayola Crayons and Elmer’s glue, and 97-cent Crayola markers and colored pencils. There are so many more deals on composition books, highlighters, and everything your student will need to get through the hectic back to school days.

Target is starting slow on their back-to-school deals. They have reduced prices on backpacks and lunch kits. There is a fantastic deal on the RoseArt’s two pack glue sticks and washable glue for 20 cents. They usually have a few unadvertised deals in their back-to-school section. Look for printable coupons and manufacturer coupons on all things back to school on Target’s website. You can use these coupons to get free back-to-school items.

The Children’s Place has backpacks on sale for $12.95 with matching lunch kits for $5.95. These products are very high quality, so you will not have to replace them in the middle of the year. There is really no point in getting a bargain on your backpack, if you have to spend $30 in January to replace it. Look for higher end backpacks that are deeply discounted to save you the future grief of replacing it later.

Remember that back-to-school items make fantastic gifts for birthday parties and holiday events. You can put together an entire art kit for a few dollars that will cost you triple after August. Take this time to clean out your own art supplies and replace them with bright, new materials for homework and art projects. You can also buy a few extras for donations to your children’s school, women’s shelters, and The Jarred Box collections.

Stretch those dollars and help your student start the year off right. Look for the back-to-school deals now and stick to your budget
