Endorsed Republican Candidate for Tax Collector Suzanne Wolanin
Endorsed Republican Candidate for Tax Collector Suzanne Wolanin
My name is Suzanne Wolanin and I have received the endorsement from the Newtown Township Republican Party for the position of Township Tax Collector. I have a long-standing commitment to our Party and community through my service as a 5th Precinct Committeewoman and Treasurer of the Newtown Township Republican Executive Committee. I have been active and involved as a volunteer at Culbertson Elementary School. For six years, I served as a Board member for the Newtown Edgmont Little League. I am active as a mother and a citizen through my work with the Mothers’ Club of LaSalle College High School and the National Federation of Republican Women.
I am not a career politician. I am a businesswoman and a mother. I am the co-owner of a family run dental practice in Delaware County and provide financial, billing and consulting services for this business as well as other local businesses. I have a first-hand understanding of the impact of local taxes on our families and I am dedicated to making sure that our government services are adequately funded, without punishing the hard-working residents of Newtown Township.

While a dedicated Eagles fan, I graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. I have lectured at the University of Pennsylvania Dental School and worked as a Licensed Dental Hygienist spending almost a decade as a Sales Executive for the Core Vent Dental Implant Company. As a start up company, I was able to grow the sales from a $10,000 dollar to a $2.5 million dollar territory.

As Newtown Township continues to grow with the new Liseter, BPG and Terrazza developments we need a Tax Collector who has the real world experience to most efficiently collect our tax money. We must be assured that interim tax assessments are levied on each individual parcel in a timely basis when a building permit is issued. In the past, this was not always the case costing Newtown Township valuable tax dollars. I have built a career dedicated to business excellence and commitment to our community. I pledge to ensure the integrity and fiscal stability of the Tax Collector’s Office.
Please join our neighbors in rejecting career politicians and electing a truly dedicated public servant. For the future of Newtown Township, push A28 and select Suzanne Wolanin as the Republican nominee for Tax Collector. I appreciate your support.
