Newtown Square Woman Dies at 47, and Other Obituaries

Joanne "Chickey" Martino, of Newtown Square, died suddenly at 47.

Wayne Congar, of Philadelphia and formerly of Glen Mills and Media, died at 63. Congar owned and operated a successful legal practice. He was Executive Vice President and Legal Counsel for the Home Builders Association of Chester and Delaware counties for more than 21 years. He served as a Commissioner on the Delaware County Housing Authority for more than 25 years.

A. Charles "Chuck" Peruto Sr., of Media formerly of Overbrook, died at 86. 


Deanna "Dee Dee" Winkelvoss, of Wallingford, died at 48.

James J. Magaw Sr., of Trainer, PA, died suddenly at 59. Magaw was the former Trainer Borough Police Chief.

Ronald Winkelvoss, Jr., of Wallingford, died on Dec. 13.
