Christine E. (Aruffo) Liberi, of Newtown Square formerly of South Philadelphia and Upper Darby, died at 95. 

Patricia A. (Crow) Lindgren, of Newtown Square, died at 83. 

Irwin Schmuckler died on Dec. 17. Schmuckler taught English at Springfield High School (Delaware County), Wilmington College, Eastern State Penitentiary, and became the principal of prison education at Graterford Prison.

Michael L. Saunders, of Clifton Heights formerly of Folcroft, died at 62. Saunders was a 1969 graduate of Monsignor Bonner High School.
