Newtown Township March Meeting Agenda Items - Board of Supervisors and Zoning Hearing Board

The Newtown Township Board of Supervisors will meet on Monday, March 10, 2014 at 7:30 at the Township Building. Currently, the following specific tentative agenda items have been posted. The agenda can also be viewed at Newtowntownship.org These include:

OLD BUSINESS:      

AUTHORIZE AGREEMENT: Execution of Agreement and Acceptance Fee in lieu of $50,000.00 for the installation of Goshen/Springhouse/SAP connector trail alternative.

The following items have been advertised and/or posted as hearings which will take place at the March 20, 2014 Zoning Hearing Board meeting. These hearings will begin at 7:30PM at the Township Building.  They include:

2013-11 Samuel A. Cantenese, 3206 St. David's Rd., Newtown Square, PA 19073, pertaining to the premises at 3206 & 3210 St. David's Rd. The applicant is respectfully requesting a variance from sections 172-15 and 172-29 (B) (8) of the Zoning Ordinance to facilitate a lot line change and construct a private driveway at 3210 St. David's Rd.

2014-01 3810 West Chester Pike, Inc. (c/o Rocco Imperatrice III., Esquire, 3405 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, Pennsylvania 19073), pertaining to the premises at 3810 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, Pennsylvania 19073.  The applicant is respectfully requesting a use variance from section 172-34 of the zoning ordinance to permit single or mixed use for the following uses:  retail store, personal services, bank and/or other similar institution, restaurant, residential, office, and accessory uses thereto.

2014-03 T. A. Moser, Inc. 1171 Lancaster Ave., Berwyn, PA 19312, pertaining to the premises known as lots # 11 & 12 on Hickory Lane, Newtown Square, PA 19073. The applicants are requesting a Variance from the terms of the Ordinance under section 172-34B (1) lot area and frontage; 172-34B (3) building area; 172-34B (5) front yard setback; 172-348 (6) side yard setback; and 172-348 (7) rear yard setback, for the purpose of building a single family residence on a non-conforming lot.

The applicants are requesting a Variance from the terms of the Ordinance under section 172-348 (1) lot area and frontage; 172-34B (3) building area; 172-348 (5) front yard setback; 172-34B (6) side yard setback; and 172-348 (7) rear yard setback, for the purpose of building a single family residence on a non-conforming lot.

The applicants are requesting a Variance from the terms of the Ordinance under section 172-348 (1) lot area and frontage; 172-34B (3) building area; 172-348 (5) front yard setback; 172-34B (6) side yard setback; and 172-34B (7) rear yard setback, for the purpose of building a single family residence on a non-conforming lot.
