Newtown Zoning Hearing for 3810 West Chester Pike will NOT take place Feb. 20th

The Newtown Township Zoning Hearing Board meeting will take place on February 20, 2014 at 7:30 PM at the Newtown Township Building.

However, the first item on the agenda, the rescheduled hearing for a zoning use variance for 3810 West Chester Pike, will not take place. THIS HEARING HAS BEEN CONTINUED. IT WILL NOT TAKE PLACE ON THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 20th.  The agenda on the township website states that the case is continued until March.

As a comment to my previous Patch post concerning this application, Mr. Imperatrice offered:

"As a courtesy, I wanted you to know that the February 20 hearing will be continued. Our attorney has notified the Township as of today. I will try to keep you advised. If you want to speak with me directly about what is being proposed, I remain at your (and any neighbor's) disposal."

Currently, the hearing for the second item is still on the agenda. It is:
"2014-02 Robert & Nancy Kermon, 314 Summit Ave., Newtown Square, PA 19072, pertaining to said premises.  The applicants are requesting a Special Exception under section 172-141, side yard setback, to build an addition to permit expansion of the house."
