Accused Swim Coach Waives Preliminary Hearing
Former Rustin swim coach and Marple Newtown swimmer Kenneth Fuller waived his preliminary hearing and posted bail May 22.
WEST CHESTER–, 47, of West Goshen, waived his preliminary hearing on Tuesday after a bondsman posted his bail on Sunday, May 20. Rustin's bail was set at $250,000.
Fuller's next appearence in court is scheduled for June 14 where he will be formally arraigned.
Fuller was arrested and charged with sexually assaulting an underage student on May16. He stands accused of several counts of institutional sexual assault after he had sex with a female minor member of his swim team at Rustin.

Fuller allegedly had sex with the minor on three separate occasions between April 27 and May 5.
According to police, Fuller also provided the minor with alcohol on each occasion where they had sex.
