Blue Route Reopens in Broomall

PennDOT reports car fire closes road.

After a two-hour closure induced by a car fire, I-476 south reopened late Sunday, PennDOT reports.

According to traffic alerts from the agency, a vehicle fire shut down the highway from the exits at Route 3 and Route 1 from about 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

This closure shut down traffic on the highway from Radnor through Media.
