The employee backed away and the man started knocking the computer screen and other register components across the counter onto the floor, according to police.

The man then ran after the employee by climbing over the counter and as he did so, he knocked over the tip jar, smashing it to the ground, according to police, the man, now on the employee’s side of the counter, walked back behind the counters, followed the employee into the storage area and eventually out the rear door.

After another verbal confrontation at the rear of the store the man walked back up to the front of the store where he left through the front doors and drove off, according to police.

Police reviewed surveillance video from the store and noted that the man did not make any attempts to rob the store but appeared to be upset with customer service and got into an argument with the employee, according to police.

The glass the man was drinking from was taken into evidence in the hopes that police would be able to lift any fingerprints for possible identification, according to police.

The total cost of damages to the store was unknown.

The man is described as a white, heavy set man with dark hair, and was wearing a white golf shirt along with dark pants and dark shoes. He was driving a dark colored vehicle possibly a black Dodge Charger, according to police.
